HG Lumber & Hardware has served the greater Ashton area since 1967 — building materials, hardware and paint, locally owned and operated the whole way through. Nearly sixty years in one town means we have had a hand in a fair amount of what is standing in it, and it means the person answering your question has probably solved the same problem on their own place. That is where "The Problem Solvers" came from.

Eight departments sit under one roof: lumber, electric, plumbing, paint, tools, auto, lawn and garden, and outdoor. Contractors, homeowners and cabin owners shop the same aisles here, because in a town this size that is how it works. Framing a cabin, wiring a shop, fixing a gate before the snow flies, matching paint for a back bedroom — it is on the shelf, and someone here knows how to use it.

You will find us on Main Street in downtown Ashton, on the way to Island Park, Mesa Falls and the west side of Yellowstone. Easy to stop at on your way through with a trailer, and a good deal closer than Rexburg when you are one box of screws from finished.
